Morning People

After we read in class about Morning People vs Night People, I have been thinking where I belong to, and  even though, it is very hard to get up in the mornings, I am a morning person. I can see a lots of benefits of being a morning person, for example; l can focus a lot better at school, or at work. l only need to take a shower before l go to do any of these activities, and l feel sharp and enthusiastic. Also for shopping, there will be many more options during the morning time. If l need to do anything related to office business, mornings are the best to get those types of activities done quickly and easily. There is another very important reason to me to be a part of morning people: Going to bed early at night gives me more  time to rest than if l had done it during the day time. In conclusion, l think our bodies are created to enjoy days and have  nights to rest and refresh the body and mind.

  1. A very well-organized post. You have lots of logical arguments for being a morning person!

Note: use the spell check (I can show you) and watch out for run-on sentences:
    even though
    benefits of
    work. I only need
    enthusiastic
    morning time. If I need
    done quickly and easily.
a part of the morning people group: Going to bed early gives me more time to rest.
    In conclusion, I
    we have the nights
    the body and mind
